With the sun shining, the day opened with the completion of eliminations halted by rain at the UK Open Nationals. Lee Chiles beat his dad George in the American Super Stock Rd1 final, Pel Norman won Pro ET Rd1, Des Taylor took Sportsman ET Rd1 and Craig Perry was the Air Cooled Rd2 winner. Derek Beck in his TVR was a new entry to PDRC racing but took the win in HR Challenge Rd1.

The computer was rebooted and the UK Spring Nationals began, all classes were qualifying but Super Stock and the returning National Street Car Challenge were also running an elimination round. Andy Hadfield's mental Model T cruised to victory in NSCC, while over in round 2 of Super Stock, the bright yellow Charger of Martin Hough stayed ahead to beat Dan Houlston in the final.

The Modders completed their 3rd round and Julian Webb was back again in the Split Second Jet Dragster.
