| Somehow escaping most of the heavy rain seen passing in the distance, York Raceways biggest meeting of the year started off with American Super Stock Round 6. With Lee Chiles out in the quarters, Dan Houlston & Dave Billadeau made the most of the situation by making the finals. After winning the last two events due to Lee Chiles red lighting, Dan saw yet another red light but this time it was his and Billadeau was instantly handed the win!
The Wild Bunch & Super Charged Outlaws also put on a great show, while the PDRC racers qualified for Sundays rounds. The 31st Annual Street Racer was full of drama and controversy but it was Charlie Stirling who emerged victorious. Nice one Charlie! |
